On 25 October 2019 the first Industrial Symbiosis Workshop in Croatia was organized by the RC Adria through the University of Zagreb - Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering (UNIZG-RGNF) and Slovenian National Building and Civil Engineering Institute (ZAG) with external support from Poslovni dnevnik.The Industry Symbiosis workshop was attended by 23 representatives (without the 6 representatives of the project partners) from 14 institutions (without the project partners), with additional individual participants. The participants exchanged information on what resources are available and what resources are sought. A total of 34 matches on the input side and 38 matches on the output side were generated, creating strong cooperation and synergies between the different actors. The participants were fully satisfied with the workshop and provided relevant information for the further organization of Industry Symbiosis Workshops.
